At Mahalaxmi Jewellers (www.mjsv.in), each product is custom-made based on your preferences. We value your trust and offer a 3-DAY RETURN/REFUND POLICY to ensure your satisfaction.
RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY

Customers must inform us within 3 days of receiving the order if they wish to return or replace a product.

Please message us on WhatsApp at +91 9657020549 with your order details and reason for return.

After approval, the product must be sent back within 1 day using a reputed courier service at the customer's own expense.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received.

Please share the courier tracking details with us once shipped.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, you may opt for:

A replacement with another product of your choice, or

A refund to your preferred bank account (processed within 7-10 working days).

Please note: Return/Replacement is allowed only once per order.
PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT

In the rare case that your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product via WhatsApp at +91 9657020549.

A video of the package opening is mandatory for such claims.

Retain the product along with its original packaging while we assess the issue.

Do not return the product without our confirmation. Returns made without our approval will not be eligible for exchange/refund.

Once approved, the damaged/incorrect product must reach us within 6 working days in its original condition, along with a copy of the invoice.

If the item is not returned within this timeframe, we cannot process your request.
Note: Customers are responsible for safely shipping the returned product and any associated shipping costs.
EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged within 1 to 2 days of receiving the order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

No pick-up facility is available. Customers must arrange the return courier themselves at their own expense.

Exchange is only accepted after prior WhatsApp confirmation at +91 9657020549.
REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

Product is received fully damaged (with opening video proof sent via WhatsApp).

A duplicate order was placed by mistake (only one of the duplicate orders will be refunded).

A product ordered is unavailable and cannot be delivered.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.

No refunds will be provided for reasons other than the above-mentioned cases.
ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

If cancelled before shipping, the entire amount will be refunded.
COLOR VARIATION NOTICE
Please note that slight color variations may occur between the product image shown on the website and the actual product received. This is due to differences in screen displays, lighting during photography, and digital image processing. Such minor variations are not considered defects.
